Requirements:
Solid experience in customer support;
Knowledge of Brazil invoicing processes;
Knowledge of export processes or willingness to learn;
Excellent communication skills;
Experience interacting directly with internal and external customers, including sales and logistics;
Ability to work independently, with organization and ownership of operational routines;
Team player with a positive mindset, curiosity, and openness to change;
Self-learner profile with a growth mindset and instinct to help;
Interest in business development and desire to contribute to growth initiatives;
Passion for customer success;
Experience with order management, order-to-delivery, invoicing, sales support, logistics, or similar operational processes is highly valued.
Activities:
Interact directly with the sales team and maintain close contact with internal and external customers, including sales and logistics teams;
Perform and coordinate the order-to-delivery and invoicing process with excellence;
Work through the end-to-end order management process, actively contributing to customer success;
Master the operational process, ensuring the most efficient way of working;
Identify, address, and map possible process improvements;
Support customer success through strong communication, organization, customer focus, and collaboration with different stakeholders;
Contribute to Volvo Penta’s business growth initiatives;
Work closely with the Front Office team, composed of 9 colleagues organized in 2 squads: Order to Delivery and Finance;
Support continuous improvement initiatives, based on the belief that there is always a better way to do things.
