2213 Export Analyst (33623)

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, International Business or related fields;
Advanced or fluent English;
Spanish with a working knowledge and willingness to continue developing the language;
Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Customer Service;
Knowledge of export processes, including international transportation, documentation and Incoterms.

Activities:
Be the main point of contact for international customers and Volvo distribution centers;
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across different functions and countries;
Resolve operational deviations quickly, always focusing on the best customer experience;
Coordinate export processes, documentation and logistics activities;
Monitor international shipments, anticipate risks and drive timely solutions;
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation and continuous improvement;
Transform customer needs into practical, sustainable and value-adding solutions;
Contribute to projects that strengthen our Customer Service operations and digital transformation.
